Description of Service
ConvertBuddy is a free currency converter app providing real-time and cached exchange rates, a built-in calculator, and spending insights. The app is provided "as is."
Accuracy of Exchange Rates
Exchange rates are sourced from open.er-api.com and are updated regularly but may not always reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on ConvertBuddy for financial, trading, or investment decisions. Rates are for informational purposes only.
Spending Insights
The "Is this price fair?" feature provides estimated price comparisons based on publicly available data. These are approximations and may not reflect current local prices. Use them as a general reference only.
Offline Mode
When offline, the app uses locally cached exchange rates. These may be outdated. The app displays when rates were last updated.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in ConvertBuddy is owned by the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses based on displayed exchange rates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law.
